Today's Tip for New Moms: What to Do When Baby Has Colic (more added to the discussion)

As we discussed in the previous post, there are lots of reasons why Baby may be having tummy distress. Colic is one of those mysterious maladies that makes Baby so terribly uncomfortable, and yet, sometimes parents are at a loss as to know what to do about it.

Try Changing the Scenery

If Baby has been inside all day long, perhaps a walk will do her a world of good. Fresh air, if the weather is nice, is good for Mom and Baby. A walk with a stroller, front pack or a sling, with rhythmic movements can be calming and may help soothe her and aid in her falling asleep. On the other hand, if you have been out and about, Baby may just be tired and need a calm dark room and her bed.

Quietness Helps

Instead of noise and harsh sounds, bring in a sense of peace and tranquility with quietness, stillness and darkness.

Swaddle Her

When she was in the womb, Baby was snug as a bug in a rug, so to speak. By swaddling herm, that is, wrapping her in a blanket or a cloth, she will again feel as secure as she was before she was born. It will help her feel less out of control. By swaddling her when she is colicky, at mealtimes, or at bedtime, she will have a sense of well being. Swaddling her will help her get to sleep and will eliminate any jerking or flailing that could wake her up during the night or at nap time. Research shows that swaddled babies sleep more soundly than those not swaddled.
Swaddling is such a natural and easy thing to incorporate into Baby’s routine. If you find that it works well for Baby, you may want to invest in a special swaddling bunting.

We will be spending several posts on the subject of colic because it is such a common incidence among young babies. More on this in the next post.
Have a great day!

Blessings,

Ginny

Today's Tip for New Moms: What to Do When Baby Has Colic (more added to the discussion)

As we discussed in the previous post, there are lots of reasons why Baby may be having tummy distress. Colic is one of those mysterious maladies that makes Baby so terribly uncomfortable, and yet, sometimes parents are at a loss as to know what to do about it.

Try Moving Her

Rockers and baby swings and bouncers are a Godsend. Babies love motion and find it soothing, so if she is fussy, give her a little movement and see if that helps. Rocking her is always a great idea, because she is close to your body. Walking around the house with her in your front pack is also another movement that will be comforting to her. Gently bouncing her up and down while she is close to her body may help, too.

As Mentioned before, Try the Bicycle Movements

Putting Baby on her back and moving her legs in a bicycle motion may help relieve gas. This may be part of the problem. When gas is released there is much less tummy pressure and distress.

Take Her for a Spin in the Car

A ride in the car is an amazing remedy for babies who are distressed, cranky, tired or just plain in need of some movement, noise and vibration. Buckle her in to her car seat and drive around the block or wherever for five or ten minutes. I think you will be amazed at the calming effects. She will probably go to sleep.

Try Using a (Warm) Hot Water Bottle.

It is soothing for some babies to feel warmth against the tummy. Fill a hot water bottle with warm water, being very careful that it is on the side of being lukewarm. Be sure that it is not too hot. What seems comfortable to adults may be way too hot for a baby’s sensitive skin. Wrap the hot water bottle in a towel, place it on your tummy and put baby’s tummy on top of you so that his little belly is resting on the warm hot water bottle.

Noise May Help

When Baby was in the womb, he heard constant sounds: rhythmic heartbeat sounds, and whooshing sounds. This can be a comfort to him now, as well. You may want to try setting your baby’s infant seat near the clothes dryer, or in the kitchen when the exhaust fan is running. He may also like being held in a front pack while you vacuum.

Let Him Hear Music

Singing to Baby or putting on a CD of gentle classical music or lullabies can calm Baby down. There are even CDs available that have womb sounds. One is called Natural Womb Sounds and you can download it for only 89 cents. On the flip side, some babies really love loud, lively music. All babies are different!

Today's Tip for New Moms: What to Do When Baby Has Colic (continued)

As we discussed in the previous post, there are lots of reasons why Baby may be having tummy distress. Colic is one of those mysterious maladies that makes Baby so terribly uncomfortable, and yet, sometimes parents are at a loss as to know what to do about it.

Make a Natural Remedy (with Your Doctor's Approval, of Course!)

Check with your pediatrician first! For a long time parents have used natural remedies to treat their babies’ colic. Weak herbal teas like peppermint, anise, dill, fennel and chamomile are some that parents have used. Always be careful with dosages! Consulting a reliable herbalist is recommended if you want to try this method. If you are breastfeeding, drinking the tea yourself can benefit Baby.

You Might Want to Try an Over the Counter Remedy

Gripe water is a solution that many parents find effective in relieving colic. It is a concoction made from herbs and sodium bicarbonate. Over the counter gas drops for babies are also available if gas is the culprit to your baby’s tummy distress. Always choose preparations made especially for babies, and be sure to get your doctor's approval before using either of these.

Give Baby a Massage

By gently massaging your baby’s tummy, you can soothe his body and his soul. Another method is to put him across your knees on his tummy, and massage his back. This can help eliminate gas which is causing pressure and pain.

We will be spending several posts on the subject of colic because it is such a common incidence among young babies. More on this in the next post.
Have a great day!

Baby Might Need to Burp

Frequent burping, especially for very young babies, is something that will help keep the air bubbles at bay in her little tummy. If you do it often, rather than waiting until she has finished the whole feeding, you are less likely to get tummy bubbles trapped inside. If you are nursing, prop Baby up when it is time to switch sides and wait until she has given a good burp before changing to the other side. Remember, having her in a more upright position helps the gas bubbles rise up from her tummy and be released.

If You Are Breastfeeding, Consider Your Diet

The things we eat do have an effect on the constituency of breast milk. Sometimes Baby can be sensitive to the dairy proteins that we ingest, so if you think this might be the case, eliminate milk, yogurt and cheese from your diet for a couple of weeks. This is how long it takes to get the cow’s milk protein out of your breast milk. If this helps Baby have a happier time with her feeding, you may have discovered something important.

If cutting out dairy products does not help, there are other foods that can upset the sensitive balance of Baby’s tummy. Foods that are spicy can be the culprit, as can wheat products, garlic, caffeine, nuts, strawberries, cauliflower, cabbage and broccoli. And

If you stop eating these foods and Baby has a calmer tummy, after a couple of weeks you can start re-introducing foods one by one to see if there is any reaction from Baby. This may seem like a daunting process, but if baby stops crying, there will be way less stress on her and on you (and on the whole family). Baby is happy, everyone is happy!

Could Baby’s Formula Be the Cause?

Sometimes the formula Baby is on is just not right for her little system. Ask you pediatrician if a change might be in order. Changing to a formula that does not have cow’s milk protein in it may be the answer.

We will be spending several posts on the subject of colic because it is such a common incidence among young babies. More on this in the next post.
Have a great day!

Today's Tip for New Moms: What to Do When Baby Has Colic

Since every baby is different, you may have to experiment with your little sweetheart to see what works best for him. Soothing baby and changing some things to see if they help lessen colic is a goal for any mother who sees her baby suffering with tummy distress. Sometimes just reassuring him helps.

Let’s look at some of the causes of colic.

Check your baby’s bottle.

If baby is bottle-fed, he may be swallowing a lot of air. There is a big difference in baby bottles, and it is important to find one with a proper nipple. If the hole in the nipple is too small, he may be gulping in air out of sheer frustration. If the hole is too large, the milk may come too fast and taking in air could happen in that case, too.

There are bottles that are especially designed to minimize air intake by baby. Some have liners which keep bubbles from forming in the milk. They collapse as baby drinks, so less air gets into Baby’s tummy. Some are curved for better positioning.

Keep Baby in an Upright Position

If Baby is in a more upright position, he is less scrunched up. That means that the milk can more freely flow into his tummy and there will be less air trapped along the way.

Try to Feed Baby before He Is Starving

When Baby is too hungry, he gets frantic and out of control. He tries to eat too quickly and gulps in air along with his food. This can bring about colic because of his desperate need for food. If you turn down the lights and put on some calming music and speak softly to him, this may help soothe him and quiet him so he eats more slowly.

We will be spending several posts on the subject of colic because it is such a common incidence among young babies. More on this in the next post.

Today's Tip for New Moms: What to Do When Baby Has Tummy Distress

Sometimes Baby cries, and you have fed him, checked his diaper, checked him over for anything sharp or uncomfortable against his skin and still he is crying. He may be colicky or have gas; he may have an allergy to milk or reflux; it could be the flu or constipation or lactose intolerance. Many things could be the cause of tummy pain.

Before using any remedy bought over the counter or any home remedy, please check with Baby's doctor first.

If is a simple case of gas, that is something that can be helped easily. Gas pains are very uncomfortable. If you have had them as an adult, you know that to be true. They can hurt like the Dickens!

Place Baby on his back, Be sure that there is no binding waistband around his tummy, as that can put enough pressure around his little belly to make him uncomfortable. Bring his knees up toward his tummy and gently bend and extend his legs as though he was riding a bicycle. This may help him to release the gas and feel much better.

We will talk more about tummy pain in the next post.

Have a great day!

Today's Tip for New Moms: She May Just Be Tired

Sometimes baby is fussy and crying and you do not know what is wrong. You have checked her diaper--it's clean and dry. She just ate. She burped like a truck driver! She has been up for awhile, so maybe she is just tired and needs to sleep.

Some babies are so interested in observing their surroundings and taking it all in, that they fight sleep like it was their worst enemy. They do not want to miss a thing and so they struggle so hard to stay awake. What might help is to take away some of the stimuli that they are so engrossed in. Darken the room. Sit in the rocking chair with her and speak gently to her while rocking. You might even sing to her softly to help calm her down. If being overly tired is the problem, and there is no physical distress causing the crying, Baby should settle down and get a refreshing nap and wake up with the "crankies" a past memory.

This time with just you and Baby is a wonderful time of bonding and just enjoying the opportunity to hold her close and snuggle with this little gift from God. These days will be gone forever sooner than you think. The security of being held by one who loves her so much is one of the foundational needs that all babies crave and need to have in order to develop into secure children, and later on, well rounded, confident adults. It is a great time for you and for Baby. I know that you have pressing issues that need to be addressed, but prioritize the tasks at hand and know that she is more important than dishes and laundry and dinner. They will get done. They really will.

Have a great day!

Blessings,

Ginny

Today's Tip for New Moms: How Do I Know When Diapers Need to Be Changed?

This comes with experience. Some babies will let you know right away if they are wet or if they have a dirty diaper. They will give out a certain cry that you will come to recognize, and that will be your cue as you and Baby get to know each other.

However, some babies tolerate wet and dirty diapers and do not seem to mind. This is the kind of baby you will just have to check often. Now, most of the time if Baby has a dirty diaper, you will know by the unmistakable smell. But I have put my finger in a diaper to check for wetness, and have been unpleasantly surprised by what my finger found. Ha ha!

One thing to understand is that it is not good for Baby's sensitive skin to be in contact with feces or urine for prolonged periods of time. They are highly irritating to the skin, and you can end up (no pun intended) with a nasty case of diaper rash if Baby is not kept clean and dry. This is not to make you feel like a bad mother if that happens. I would say that one time or another, 99.99% of all of us have had to deal with some measure of diaper rash. It happens. One mother said she uses Sudocrem daily and has never had a problem with diaper rash.

I cannot say from experience that it is true, because back when I was raising babies, I don't know that the product was around.

At any rate, a clean bottom (be sure to wipe from front to back for little girls to avoid bacterial vaginal infections) and an antiseptic, soothing cream or ointment will help keep diaper rash at bay.

Today's added tip for moms is the widget below with lots of savings on fun toys and learning toys. Some toys are for older children, and some for little ones:

My Best Baby Bargains: Tip of the Day

Today’s tip for new moms is the first in a series to help you have some basic understanding of why your baby cries and how you can soothe baby and fix what is causing the crying. We will be talking about this for more than one day, so if you don’t see your issue addressed, come back and we will talk some more about how to recognize different kinds of cries and how to understand what Baby is trying to tell you.

The number one issue we all think about when Baby cries is that she is hungry.

There are signs that Baby will do to let you know that she is getting hungry, so that you don’t have to wait until she is beside herself with hunger. What are the signs? Your newborn may be fussy, may smack her lips, or she may root. Rooting is a reflex that newborn babies have in which they turn their face toward your hand when their cheek is stroked. She may also put her hands into her mouth and try to suck on them. These are signs that she is hungry and it is time to feed her. This is classic newborn behavior, and you will soon begin to pick up on Baby’s signals to you as time goes by. This is one of the most important tips for moms, especially new ones, that will come in handy.

I hope you have enjoyed today’s tip for new moms. Come back often to see more tips for new moms.

Today's Tip: Where Can I Find Cheap Baby Items?

One of the ever present questions is, “How can I get the best bang for my buck? Where can I find cheap baby items that my budget can afford?”

Well, there are many things to consider here.

First off, is this your first baby? One tip for new moms is that if you plan to have more children, it is wise to buy the best quality you can within the confines of your budget. What good is something flimsy that will fall apart if you have to turn around and buy a new one for each new baby? It would be wiser to get something substantial the first time so that it will hold up and be there in perfect working order for all the children you have. Now, this is for normal size families. If you are like the Duggars, you may have to buy several down the road! (I love Jim Bob and Michelle! They are such precious people.)

Second, you should know that there are places where bargains on quality items abound. You may have a local store in your area that runs sales from time to time. But what if you need something right now that is not on sale in your area?

You can save yourself a lot of time and some considerable money by shopping online. “But where,” you may ask, “should I shop?”

There are some online stores that are reputable and some that are not. How would you know if you could return it and get your money back if something was wrong with the item sent? Some companies will not refund your money.

On my websiste My Best Baby Bargains, I only steer you toward absolutely reputable online stores. You can have peace of mind going to any link there, and you'll find just about every item you could ever want, not only in affordable baby items, but pretty much any legitimate product on the web. To go there, Click Here.

For instance, if you look at the picture of the baby stroller below, you will see an enormously marked down price on this stroller.

Guess what the retail price is? It normally sells for $119.99. That’s a markdown of over 50%! And on this product and many of their other products you get free shipping. If the product you ordered does not work out, refunds are not a problem.

I hope you have enjoyed today's My Best Baby Bargains Tips for Moms. I invite you to stop by and look at the pages. You'll find all you could ever think of for your Little Cuties, plus serious bargains on things you and Dad want, (like electronics, cameras, music, viatmins, pet prescriptions, TVs--the list is pretty amazing). I think you will be very pleasantly surprised!

Today's Tip: Write It Down!

Our little ones say the cutest things, don't they? Here is a tip for new moms: never assume that you will remember all the marvelously cute and witty things your toddler comes up with in the course of a day. The ones that make you smile or burst out with a big chuckle or that just make you lose it, need to be written down. Before your baby even starts to get those funny, knee-slapping sayings, get a three ring loose leaf binder, put some paper in it, put a pen or a pencil in the inside pocket of it, and put it on a bookshelf where you will always be able to find it. This tip for moms came too late for me. I just assumed I would remember, but now most of them are really hazy to me.

Would it not be a very special gift to your child to someday present these funny, cute little sayings to him or her on a 21st birthday? Or maybe you would want to present it to your daughter at her baby shower in a beautifully decorated scrapbook. Just knowing that you cared enough to write down all these marvelous sayings they came up with will be an affirmation of your love and care for them.

Oh--and something else. If you are having a down day, you can go to the little keepsake binder and get a laugh for yourself. All for free--a way to brighten up your day. Laughter is sometimes the best medicine.

I hope you have enjoyed today's My Best Baby Bargains Tips for Moms. I invite you to stop by and browse the pages for all you could ever need for your Little Cuties, plus extreme bargains on things you and Dad would love to have (like electronics, games, music, prescriptions, pet needs, TVs--the list goes on and on and on). I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

My Best Baby Bargains: Tips for Moms

Welcome to My Best Baby Bargains Tips for Moms

Good Morning to all of you. Ginny here. I am here to give you another tip for new moms. Today, I will cover one aspect of breastfeeding. There are a lot of subjects to talk about, but today I would like to talk about preparing to breastfeed.

If you have ever talked to other moms who have breastfed their babies, I am sure the subject comes up that the first few times you will feed your baby, IT WILL REALLY HURT! No kidding. It will be painful until you build up callouses in the nipple area so that your skin is used to baby's feeding.

But there are ways to prepare yourself for what is coming.

How to Prepare for Breastfeeding

When I was first pregnant, it was advised that mothers to be rough up their breasts with a damp wash cloth to get the nipples used to what would be coming when baby arrives.

However, roughing up the nipple area with a towel or a wet washcloth is not recommended any more. What medical professionals did not know back then was that there are protective substances produced by the breast during pregnancy, and also after Baby is born. To do what was recommended years ago would remove those protective substances, and that is not what we want. What is recommended now is to try gently massaging the breasts; it will help you become more accustomed to handling your breasts, and may be useful in the future for times when you need to express your milk.

One very valuable resource for new moms who are looking forward to breastfeeding is La Lech League International. You can find lots of help and local chapters where you are if you need advice. THE WOMANLY ART OF BREASTFEEDING, available from LLL groups or at the end of this post.

I hope this tip for new moms has been helpful to you. I'll be back again with more tips for new moms on my next post.

Meanwhile visit My Best Baby Bargains for savings on all things for Baby, and also for Mom and Dad.

My Best Baby Bargains: Tips for Moms

Good Morning. Ginny here to give you another in a series of tips for moms. I hope you are having a wonderful day and enjoying your little gift from heaven. Tips for new moms and experienced moms alike are needed, because sometimes moms just need help. It can get very overwhelming, for new moms, but also for moms with other children. Children are such a blessing, but taking care of them requires planning and strategies, and working out a plan so that things get done in a timely manner.

Today's Tip: Working out a Schedule with Baby

I think one of the most helpful strategies a mom can have is getting her baby on a schedule. That means doing the same thing every time in a consistent rhythm.

Let me explain a little further.

One mom has a bedtime schedule for her twins. After they are fed and bathed, she sits down in the rocking chair with both of them and rocks them while she reads the same story to them every night. They know that this is preparation for bedtime, and when one falls asleep, she gently puts him to bed then goes back and reads to the other one from the same story until he falls asleep. It is a bedtime habit that has proven to be very beneficial in getting her babies to bed; it is soothing and calming to her babies as well as to her. There are no surprises, no interruptions (usually) and bedtime is a happy time for all.

This is just one example of how parents can make Baby feel secure by putting into action a plan to make things calmer and more dependable by implementing a good schedule.

I hope this little piece of advice has been helpful to you. Don't stress. Work out a plan that is compatible for both you and for Baby, and you will both be better for it.

My Best Baby Bargains: Tips for Moms

Good morning! Ginny here with more tips for moms.

Tips for Moms

I was reminded of a Bible verse this morning that I think is good for Christians in general (of course!), but highly advantageous for moms to be and new moms, and also moms of young children. Here is the verse:

Ephesians 5:18-20

And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; KJV

Now, this isn't just a nice idea. This is powerful stuff in the realm of your Christian spirituality. Even when Baby is in the womb, she hears everything! She hears music and birds singing and traffic noises; but always be mindful that she hears speech, as well. Every word that comes out of anyone's mouth within hearing distance. She hears it.

Do you remember the little Sunday School song, "Be Careful Little Mouth What You Say"? It still holds true. The words that come out of our mouths can either bless or curse. To heed the Scripture that says to speak to ourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, will always bring a blessing to our unborn children, as well as to our infants, toddlers and all the way up. How God must be pleased with the mother who blesses her children with His Word.

And guess what? By singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord in this manner, you will be blessed as well. When our mind is on the splendor and majesty of God and we meditate on His Word, there is no time to think of hate, anger, unforgiveness, or "somebody done me wrong."

New 2011 Fall Fashions for Infant and Toddler Girls at My Best Baby Bargains

Good Morning. I just found some really cute new 2011 fashions for infant and toddler girls that I wanted to share with you. These are so cute, and everyone's adorable baby will shine in them, because that is what adorable babies do.

Here Is a Tip for Moms

Baby girls are so amazingly darling. I had three of my own, and it was always so much fun to dress them up in the cutest clothes. Here is a tip for moms: When taking baby out, dress her in cute clothes. Why? The baby's own special attractiveness is enhanced, and that means that all who see her in this enhanced light will smile at her even more and give her lots of positive attention and feedback. This is healthy for babies. The more love and special attention they receive, the more they build up confidence and social skills. It is good for your baby to look her best when she is in public.

Check out the slideshow below to view these little gems. Do you know a cute baby girl who would look special in these?

I really get excited about babies, and it is fun to share with you helpful things I find out along the way to make your life easier and to enhance the wonderfulness (is that a word?????) of your sweetheart of a baby. Mother love is the passion that drives me.

My Best Baby Bargains: Home and Garden Link

Good Morning. Ginny here. Today I want to tell you about My Best Baby Bargains Home and Garden link. Who would have thought that you could find a link on a baby and toddler super web mall that would save you money on home and garden products? Well, I am here to tell you, you can!

My Best Baby Bargains Home and Garden Link

When you go to the My Best Baby Bargains page, you will find a link to the right of the page that says: "Shopping" and under that you will find a link that says Home and Garden. By clicking onto the Home and Garden link, you will be taken to a page where everything is on sale that you could ever want in the home and garden category: best sellers, markdowns, pet supplies, bedding and bath, furniture and decor, kitchen and dining, patio and garden, and gift ideas. And every one of these is on sale.

So, for instance, if you went to the "Markdown" link, you would find all kinds of home and garden products that have been greatly reduced. You can sort them with a drop down menu on the upper right hand corner of the page into "Best Sellers," "Price: Low to High," "Price: High to Low," and so forth. This is really handy if you want to see a variety of deeply slashed prices. But if you are looking for a particular item, just type it in up in the field at the top of the page and hit "Go." You will see that you can do this with all of the links up at the top of the page in every category. Amazon is famous for integrity and reliability. You pretty much cannot go wrong with a site like this.

Have a great day, and God bless you!

My Best Baby Bargains New Moms Page

Good Morning, All. It is a beautiful day in Texas. Lots to be thankful for, and lots to make a person smile. Today I want to give you some input on the My Best Baby Bargains New Moms Page. To go straight to the website Click Here.

New moms have a lot to deal with. First time moms usually have a lot to learn, and all of the things that they did before to keep the household running are still there to be done. This is a good time to pamper New Mom as much as possible, because there is a lot of stress in learning this new lifestyle. Even if she is not a first-time mom, she has added to her responsibilities this new precious little one who is totally dependent, mostly on her, to give care and comfort and food and clean clothing and clean bedding..... you know that the list goes on and on.

I have a little widget below with some helpful suggestions to put a smile on New Mom's face, for sure.

Any new mom would be thrilled with these gifts. Hmmm... I would love them for myself, too. The spa items to soothe away the tensions and the cares of the day.... Oh, yeah. I think I could get used to that. They are beautifully packaged and so pleasing to the eye. Some would call them "eye candy," but as pretty as they are, they are practical, as well. There are other items that are mommy essentials, like the Motherlove nipple cream, perineal healing spray, Burt's Bees soothing products, and the Lamaze 5-piece gift set with creams and healing balms.

And don't forget Baby! There are delightful gift baskets for the new little one, too. I love baby stuff. :)

Go now to My Best Baby Bargains and check out the goodies. You'll be glad you did.

My Best Baby Bargains - The Y Store

Good day to you. Thank you for stopping by MyBestBabyBargains.com Blog.  It is a beautiful morning here in Texas.  Good to be alive, and thankful to God for all of His goodness.  No matter what is going on in your life, there is always something to be thankful for--yes, there is! I hope you are having a wonderful morning (or evening if it is not morning when you are reading this.

I promised you another review on one of the many sites you will find at the My Best Baby Bargains Super Mall. Today I will be covering the Y Store. It is a great site for anyone who has a passion for electronic devices.

In case you do not know, the Y Store is all things Sony. That includes cameras, TVs, Playstation 3, computers, 3D HDTVs, camcorders, home theaters, MP3s, and anything, absolutely anything, that Sony makes.

At the Y Store you will receive free ground shipping on all orders $25 and over, which is a great plus for bargain hunting shoppers.

Sony is a company that carries a huge reputation for fine quality items.  It would probably be hard to find a home without at least one Sony product in it. Sony is known worldwide for excellence in all kinds of electronic gadgets. I have a little Sony camera that I just love. It is small enough to carry around in my purse, and I always have it on hand to snap a picture and capture a moment that otherwise would have been lost forever. I have always found it easy to use, and have sent some of my photos to friends and family quickly and easily by downloading them to my computer.  Easy as pie.

You might want to hop over and check out the Sony Y Store at http://tinyurl.com/3ucuwr7

I hope you have a wonderful, delightful day.

Blessings,

Ginny
